Haha, it’s a pretty frequently asked question, but it’s alright…

Firstly, I’m so glad you enjoy Weird World’s videos. It really is sweet of you to care about us making more, especially when they’re so mediocre…. Honestly it’s really embarrassing for me to go back and look at them now, haha… But I’m glad it makes other people happy, despite all of their obvious flaws.

Chrissy and I stopped making videos because we lost our passion for them, I suppose. We both had a lot to do by the end of high school, and making videos for YouTube just wasn’t a priority anymore… Now I’m in college, and live across the US from Chrissy. We’re still friends of course, but we don’t have the means or drive to make any new cosplay videos for you guys. I’m really sorry that we just dropped off the face of the planet, and we should’ve made a goodbye video, but as we stopped making videos, we always thought we’d come back to making them eventually… We just never did…

Though Chrissy and I won’t be making cosplay videos together anymore, I want fans to know that I am actually going to college to learn how to make movies (ie, I go to film school). So while anything I make in the future most likely won’t be cosplay related, I still plan on making videos! Just professional ones with original stories and real actors. I want to focus on making animated movies, but I’ll be working in live-action as well. I’m not sure exactly what kinds of movies I’ll be making in the future, but I really do hope you and any other Weird World fans will stick around to find out!

Everyone has been incredibly kind to Chrissy and I over the years, and I’m amazed that we still get new fans like yourself asking about us. Really, you guys have been so loving and supportive, and I don’t think we acknowledge you enough. Thank you so much for everything.
